Terms and Conditions for Appointment Bookings

Cancellation Policy:

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a full charge of the session fee.

Missed Appointments:

If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and has not provided a minimum of 24 hours' notice, the client will be invoiced for the full session fee.

Payment of the invoice is required immediately upon receipt. Failure to settle the invoice within 14 days may result in the matter being referred to a debt collection agency.

Booking Confirmation:

All appointments are confirmed at the time of booking.

Clients will receive a reminder of their appointment via email 24 hours before the scheduled time and an SMS reminder 1 hour before the scheduled time.

Payment Terms:

Payments for missed appointments and late cancellations must be made promptly as per the invoice instructions.

Future bookings may require prior payment if there are outstanding invoices.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of the therapist in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients must ensure their contact information is up-to-date to receive timely reminders and notifications.
