Terms and Conditions for Appointment Bookings

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a full charge of the session fee.

  2. Missed Appointments:

    • If a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and has not provided a minimum of 24 hours' notice, the client will be invoiced for the full session fee.

    • Payment of the invoice is required immediately upon receipt. Failure to settle the invoice within 14 days may result in the matter being referred to a debt collection agency.

  3. Booking Confirmation:

    • All appointments are confirmed at the time of booking.

    • Clients will receive a reminder of their appointment via email 24 hours before the scheduled time and an SMS reminder 1 hour before the scheduled time.

  4. Payment Terms:

    • Payments for missed appointments and late cancellations must be made promptly as per the invoice instructions.

    • Future bookings may require prior payment if there are outstanding invoices.

  5. Exceptions:

    • Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of the therapist in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

  6. Contact Information:

    • Clients must ensure their contact information is up-to-date to receive timely reminders and notifications.

By booking an appointment, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
